• 1 ¼ cups water
• 2–3 teaspoons furikake seasoning (salmon or classic blend)

• 1 sheet nori, thinly sliced
• Optional: small splash of soy sauce
How to Cook Perfect Medium Grain Rice
1. Rinse the Rice
Place rice in a bowl and rinse under cold water. Gently swirl and drain. Repeat 3–4 times until the water runs mostly clear. This removes excess surface starch and ensures clean, glossy grains.
2. Soak (Optional but Recommended)

3. Cook
Stovetop method:
